Delivery
1. Where the order is to be delivered to an Australian/ International address via Standard Shipping, People4Ocean® will:
– Use reasonable endeavours to deliver the order within 7 (Aus)/15 (International) working days (Monday – Friday, excluding official public holidays) from the date the order was submitted by you;
– For orders delivered to Western Australia and the Northern Territory: Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery;
– Please note People4Ocean® Online is currently unable to support time slot delivery;
– Please note People4Ocean® reserves the right to cancel and refund orders that are destined for delivery to known freight forwarding addresses;
2. Where the order is to be delivered to an Australian address via Express Shipping, People4Ocean®will:
– Use reasonable endeavours to deliver the order within 3 (Aus)/ 7 (International) working days (Monday – Friday, excluding official public holidays) from the date the order was submitted by you; and
– Send the order by courier where the order is to be delivered to a street address or by Australia Post where the order is to be delivered to a P.O. Box.
